Boye is a graduate of Finance from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State. He also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State.

Mr. Adebajo is an Associate member of the Institute of Loan & Risk Management of Nigeria (ILRM). Boye was the erstwhile Head of Financial Institute Marketing Unit.

He has attended several courses, seminars and conferences in the course of his career.
