Timothy Adediji is a graduate of Accountancy with Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, (LAUTECH). He holds a Certificate in Business innovations from the prestigious Harvard Business School, USA and Strategy Execution from the University of Pennsylvania, USA. He also has a Certificate in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN). Tim as he is fondly called by colleagues is a versatile professional with vast expertise that cuts across all sphere of business operations. He is a Chartered Accountant and also a Fellow of The Institute of Health Insurance and Managed Care of Nigeria, (IHIMN).

He started his career about two decades ago with Circular Micro-Finance Bank, he left the employ in 2003 as an Assistant Manager (Finance/Administration). He had a brief stint as a Financial Accountant at Mikano International before joining Vigilant Insurance as an Accountant in 2004. In the course of his career, he worked at NEM Insurance Plc as an Auditor. Tim joined erstwhile Bank PHB (now Keystone Bank) in 2007 as Resident Auditor, Domestic Operations (including subsidiaries) before he moved to KBL Insurance in 2010 as Head, Internal Control & Audit. He served as the MD/CEO, KBL Healthcare in acting capacity for over a year before the confirmation of his full appointment in July 2013. He left KBL Healthcare in May 2016 to set up a Financial Consultancy firm, the project he was managing before his appointment into his current role at Great Nigeria Insurance Plc. He has attended several professional training locally and internationally including Health Economics at Oxford University, Forensics at MIS Training Institute UK and Pukyong University, South Korea.
